Logan is a graduate of the Master of Physical Therapy program at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to this, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
With a passion for sports medicine and orthopaedic injuries, Logan is committed to providing tailored and patient-centred care to help individuals who are looking to get back to the physical activities and sports that they enjoy. John earned his Honours in Kinesiology degree from Brock University in 2015. He then went on to complete a Graduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance from Niagara College in 2017. Upon completing this course he became a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiologists (CSEP-CEP). John spent some time working as a Personal Trainer where he worked with young athletes and did in-home exercises with seniors.
John felt as though he was still missing something from his knowledge base and what he could offer the people he was working with, so he decided to attend Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). John graduated from Sutherland-Chan in August 2019 and Registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTAO) to become a RMT in January 2020. During this time he also became registered with the College of Kinesiologist of Ontario (CKO) to become a Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin).

Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo, continuing her education at McMaster University, where she obtained her Master of Science in Physiotherapy. While at McMaster, Jenn had unique experiences working in acute neurosurgery, palliative care, private orthopedics, and with persistent pain populations, gaining a true understanding of the need for rehabilitation in many facets of injury, disease, and disability.
Jenn has continued to expand her skill set since graduating, as she is passionate about life long learning. She has studied the role of physiotherapy in the management of complex persistent pain extensively, and has applied these principles to her practice. She uses a unique approach that incorporates treating the whole person with collaborative goal setting, in-depth education regarding pain, mindfulness tools, and therapeutic exercise to decrease pain and improve function. Jenn believes in compassionately empowering each individual to take control of his or her own pain experience.
Jenn has also completed further training in acupuncture, vestibular and concussion therapy, exercise therapy, TMJ dysfunction, and orthopedic practice, including recently completing the Physiotherapy Exercise and Physical Activity for Knee Osteoarthritis (PEAK) Program. Peter obtained his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University before going on to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Additionally, he completed a Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences also from McMaster University.
Peter has undergone training and certification in ART (Active Release Technique), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University as well as concussion management from CCMI. Over his ten years of clinical experience, Peter has worked with many different elite athletic groups including many triathletes, hockey players and CrossFit athletes. Treatment wise, Peter uses a variety of techniques in clinic, including spinal and extremity manipulative techniques, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue therapies, acupuncture, Mulligan belt mobilizations and rehabilitation exercises.

Ashlea obtained her Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a minor in Health Studies from McMaster University, and continued her education at the University of Toronto completing her Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
Ashlea is committed to ongoing learning and has earned her Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is a CAMPT-Certified Physiotherapist and is a Fellow in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). By completing this rigorous post-graduate training, she has attained internationally recognized qualifications in orthopaedic theory, clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills. She has also completed further training with a focus on shoulder rehabilitation.
Ashlea also has extensive neurofunctional acupuncture training through the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University.
